While large corporations have a staff of full time financial professionals, including a CFO and finance team to evaluate and manage the financial information and resources, our clients typically do not need nor can they justify the cost of these professionals on a full time basis. 

Nevertheless, the need to evaluate and manage the financial information and resources is just as critical to the success of a small to medium sized business as it is a large corporation.  Without the broad skill set of a finance team, many companies are operating without clear visibility to the financial results (accurate financial information); they lack clarity as to what the results are telling them (financial analysis and interpretation); and they often lack the financial expertise or discipline necessary to respond to and act on those results (CFO leadership and counsel).  The result is a business that does not reach its full potential.  StratiFi Partners exists to provide the necessary financial team resources to these companies.
