At StratiFi, you’ll help build the industry standard for evaluating and quantifying portfolio risk. We are a B2B software company and primarily work in the wealth management industry.
As the Head Of Sales, you will work directly with the CEO on institutional and enterprise sales, develop our sales plan, manage the sales team and processes to hit our metrics and grow our revenue.
Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets
Collaborate with the CEO and directly manage our sales team
Define and report on KPIs to measure the performance of sales activities
Own, contribute and build-out the StratiFi sales playbook
Define and standardize our systems and processes
Ensure consistent execution of end-to-end sales playbook, and align CRM to process
Manage and track the sales pipeline to forecast revenue accurately on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Take responsibility for our conversion numbers, and devise a strategy and execution plan in order to reach our company revenue goals
Collaborate frequently with the team to share success stories, product and sales challenges, and impactful product enhancements
Form relationships with senior decision-makers, asset managers and brokers at the top investment advisory firms and broker-dealers across the country
10-15 years experience as an Account Executive at a SaaS company (preferably in the Financial Services industry)
Track record closing $2 – $10MM in revenue
Clear history of meeting & beating quota
An authority at CRM management and other sales stack tools
Successfully managed a team of 5-15 salespeople
Creative, innovative and entrepreneurial
Excellent communicator and collaborator
Self-motivated and comfortable with managing a team
Has high-integrity and are authentic
Organized and pay great attention to detail
